Wes Jones - President
I was employed by Electric Services, Inc. in 1996 in an entry level position. I received my Journeyman Electrician's license in 1998. I advanced with the company as lead man and then project foreman until 2004 when I became Project Manager with total responsibility for my department. Those responsibilities included sales, estimating, budgeting, cost and material tracking, scheduling and personnel management. In 2006 I tested and received my Master Electrician's license and was licensed as an electrical contractor later that year. In 2007 Trinity Electric, LLC was established. I have experience in all aspects of the commercial electical trade including retail and educational with extensive experience in medical and healthcare projects.
The following list is by no means all inclusive but highlights my work experience leading up to the establishment of Trinity Electric and is fairly indicative of the types of projects we have completed since.
Project Experience
Florida Hospital Waterman Pharmacy Relocation - Tavares, Florida
- Project Manager for pharmacy relocation project consisting of new construction and remodeling of existing space. Personally involved in coordination with hospital staff and administration for work affecting ongoing hospital operations. Eight month project. (2006-2007)
SLMH Emergency Room Addition - Clermont, Florida
- Project Manager for emergency room expansion project consisting of twenty-two new exam rooms, new trauma rooms, nurse station and support areas, remodel of existing areas and expansion of parking area site lighting. Personally involved in schedule and phasing development. Fourteen month project. (2005-2006)
Oakley Seaver Plaza - Clermont, Florida

Project Manager for new shopping plaza including shell main buildings with power, data and fire alarm systems as well as retail suite build outs and site lighting. Personally responsible for coordinating new work affecting previously installed retail outlets. Eighteen month project. (2005-2006)
Florida Hospital Waterman - Tavares, Florida
- Project Manager for various additions to existing facilities including replacement of existing cancer simulator, addition of new cath lab and new conference/board room in existing third floor shell space. Worked closely with hospital staff and administration to coordinate construction efforts with facility operation. One year project. (2005-2006)
SLMH East Wing Expansion - Clermont, Florida
- Project Manager for ICU expansion. Project consisted of expansion of second floor ICU from eight to sixteen beds with a new sixteen bed recovery unit above. One year project. (2004-2005)
South Lake Medical Office Building - Clermont, Florida
- Project Foreman for three story medical office building and interior office suites including second floor MRI. One year project. (2003-2004)
LRMC OB-GYN - Leesburg, Florida
- Project Foreman for second floor obstetrics and gynecology addition including new elevator shaft. Personally responsible for all aspect of project with special emphasis on severity and access control. Eighteen month project (2001-2003)
LRMC Expansion PHase II - Leesburg, Florida
- Personally responsible for installation of new Special Procedures room from beginning of project to end. Two year project. (2000-2002)
LRMC Expansion Phase I - Leesburg, Florida
- Assisted with building three Open Heart Cath Labs, including all cable tray, conduit, wall duct and cables. Fifteen month project (2000-2002)
Clermont Middle School - Clermont, Florida
- Assisted with building new elementary school including interior conduit and wiring as well as exterior power and lighting. One year project. (1998-2000)
Florida Hospital Waterman - Tavares, Florida
- Assisted with building new medical office building including interior conduit and wiring as well as exterior power and lighting. One year project. (1997-1998)
lake County Correctional Facility - Clermont, Florida
- Assisted with building new mental health facility including security, CCTV and access control. One year project. (1996-1997)
Aaron Talley - Vice President
Born in California I graduated from Los Banos high in 1990 with a 3.6 GPA. I went on to attend Fresno State University where, in 1992, I received my AA in business. Upon graduating I entered the electrical trade and eventually worked for Berg Electric in San Diego which was ranked at the time as the 2nd largest electrical contractor in the nation.
In 2001 I moved to Florida and was employed by Electric Services, Inc. in Leesburg where I eventually became project foreman and was responsible for all aspects of the job from the ground up including material and personnel management. I continued with Electric Services, Inc. until June of 2007 when my partner and I started Trinity Electric, LLC.
Project Experience
1992 - 1995 Rex Moore Electric, Sacramento, CA
- Successfully completed accredited apprentice training program. Work experience included large grocery stores and tilt-up construction. Promoted to warehouse supervisor.
1995 - 1999 Berg Electric, Inc., San Diego, CA
- Worked as lead man on projects with a variety of size and scope including -
- 24 story high rise in downtown San Diego
- Built the new Calloway Golf Ball facility
- Worked on two new casinos from the ground up.
1999 - 2001 Status Electric, San Diego, CA
- Served as foreman responsible for all aspects of the job including fire alarm and access control.
Served as foreman on many projects including -
- Florida Radiology & Imaging including MRI, CAT Scan and Imaging equipment.
- Two large scale high schools.
- A variety of medical offices including dental and ophthalmology.
While at Electric Services I successfully completed a number of continuing education classes with a focus on management as well as construction.
